Himalayan Yak

This was sort of a free commission I did for friends at the Himalayan Mountain Shop on Block Street in Fayetteville.  It wasn’t one of the easier drawings to do – the mountains were challenging and the yak didn’t turn out the way I’d hoped, but, the overall piece looks like a happy place I’d like to visit someday.  Everything in the drawing was researched, down to the red flowers at the bottom (but I forget their name).
